01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777cp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 777cp online gaming platform operated at 777cp.club under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777cp platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on 777cp.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's 777cp account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means any PKR deposits made by a Player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or USDT TRC20 that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other interactive gaming products available on the 777cp platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777cp website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance is unconditional and irrevocable for the duration of your use of the 777cp platform.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 777cp Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms attached to individual bonus offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific promotion only; in all other respects, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 777cp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777cp strictly prohibits access to its gaming services by any person under the age of 21. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time and failure to confirm your age will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts on 777cp.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing 777cp account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a restriction, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 777cp or any affiliated entity, game supplier, or payment processor associated with the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently active on 777cp or any affiliated platform.

777cp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration on the platform does not constitute a right to continued access, and 777cp may suspend or terminate any account that is found to no longer meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

04 Account Management

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 777cp account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 777cp will never ask you to provide your full password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify 777cp support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 777cp will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification; however, 777cp accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

777cp operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification policy. Before processing any withdrawal request — or at any other time at 777cp's discretion — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and mobile number.
• Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Pakistan.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, where 777cp deems this necessary for enhanced due diligence purposes.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by 777cp support may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension. 777cp processes and stores all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

777cp reserves the right to close any account that it determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, to be inactive. An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to closing an inactive account, 777cp will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered Player using the contact details on file. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be retained for a period of not less than six (6) months from the date of closure, during which the Player may contact support to reclaim it.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777cp platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777cp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — Instant deposits; withdrawals processed to your registered JazzCash mobile wallet.
• EasyPaisa — Instant deposits; withdrawals processed to your registered EasyPaisa mobile wallet.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals to your HBL account.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals to your UBL account.
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals to your Meezan Bank account.
• USDT TRC20 — Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via the TRON network stablecoin.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 777cp wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the originating bank's internal procedures. 777cp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtimes, or public holidays observed by Pakistani financial institutions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of your 777cp account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted periodically by 777cp without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements and risk management policies.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same account, except where 777cp support approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• 777cp reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual, high-value, or otherwise requiring enhanced due diligence.
• In the event that a deposit is made and subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed by the Player or their payment provider, 777cp reserves the right to reverse any associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

777cp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. Where a conflict exists between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all 777cp bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the individual offer. Standard wagering requirements on 777cp range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Real Money Funds deposited alongside a bonus claim remain withdrawable at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 5.
• Not all games contribute equally to the completion of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%), and certain game types may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are strictly limited to one per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds being forfeited.
• 777cp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a Player's account, the Bonus Funds will be removed and any wagering completed toward that bonus will be considered void; Real Money Funds will not be affected.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or collusion will be voided and the associated account closed. 777cp uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new Players making their first deposit. A Player who has previously held a 777cp account — including accounts that have been closed — is not eligible for welcome bonus offers.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777cp platform — including slots, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, and other wagering products — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or betting market. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. 777cp accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

777cp is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All casino games on the platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a Player's wager or account history.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, 777cp will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account. 777cp's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

• Placing wagers on behalf of another person is not permitted. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place wagers without direct human input is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Collusion between Players — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics — is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Cricket betting markets on 777cp are governed by standard sports betting settlement rules. In the event of a match abandonment, a reduction in overs, or any other material change to the scheduled event, settlement rules specific to that market will apply and are published within the betting interface.

08 Responsible Gaming

777cp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming on 777cp is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. 777cp recognises that a small proportion of players may develop problems related to gambling and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777cp account holders free of charge and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 777cp account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cp platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one 777cp account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a 777cp account.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity designed to disguise the origin or destination of funds transacted through 777cp.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with cricket or other betting markets available on 777cp.
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your 777cp account or any associated funds to any third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 777cp platform — including but not limited to the 777cp brand name, logo, trade marks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

777cp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the 777cp platform without express written authorisation from 777cp.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 777cp content or software.
• Use any 777cp trade mark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of the 777cp brand.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 777cp and its licensors. Any unauthorised use of 777cp intellectual property may constitute an infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cp and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777cp platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, including casino game results and sports betting settlements.
• Delays, errors, or interruptions in the availability of the platform caused by internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

777cp makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cp holds its international gaming licence.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, complaint, or query arising from your use of the 777cp platform, you are encouraged to contact the 777cp support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat function.
